You can walk off this decadent dessert after you try it when the State Fair of Texas opens tomorrow. Creators Tami Nevins-Mayes and her daughter, Josey, to let Good Day taste the Fat Smooth.  It's three Belgium mini cream puffs on a skewer dipped in Cafe Du Monde beignet batter.
