There was a heartwarming moment at a Dallas elementary school this week. Sisters Ava and Lily Barrientos both attend Felix G. Botello Elementary School. They were told there was a STAAR test celebration. Instead, they were surprised with a video from their dad, who has been on deployment for the U.S. Air Force. Once the video was done, he walked out to surprise them.
