Surveillance video shows moments during, after Waco shootout

New video has been released of the moments during and after the Twin Peaks shootout between bikers and police in Waco.

The hour-and-a-half-long surveillance video was posted on YouTube by a Dallas law firm.

It's from a restaurant near Twin Peaks.

In it, police can be seen arriving with their guns drawn, using vehicles as cover during the first moments of the shootout.

The lawsuit represents one of the bikers arrested, who is suing the City of Waco, the police department and the district attorney for false arrest.

The shooting in May killed nine bikers and injured 18 more.

More than 170 bikers were arrested.
