Barian McGuire from Frisco's new Rotolo's Craft & Crust joins Good Day to make garlic Parmesan bites. The Baton Rouge-based pizzeria makes dough fresh daily.
Rotolo's Garlic Parmesan Bites
Start with 1 lb. dough divided into 12-16 even sized smaller dough balls. Place them on a foil pan, spaced out evenly. Coat with olive oil and bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
In a separate bowl mix together:
1 stick of unsalted butter
1 tsp. of garlic
1 tsp. of Italian seasoning
Once the bites have reached a golden brown color, remove and let cool for approximately 3 minutes. Once cool, place bites in a large mixing bowl and toss with the mixture until fully coated. Sprinkle bites with fresh grated Parmesan and fresh parsley. Enjoy!
