Chef Kenny Bowers from Kenny's Smoke House returns to Good Day to show you how to easily make pulled pork in a slow cooker or oven.
1 ea. 3-4 lb boneless pork butt or shoulder
2 tbs salt & black pepper (50/50 mix)
1/3 cup water
1 cup favorite bbq sauce
Rub salt & pepper mix and sugar all over pork butts.
Place pork fat side up in Crockpot, cover with sauce and water. Place cover on Crockpot and cook at 275 degrees for approximately 5 hours until fork tender.
Follow the same procedure except place pork in oven safe dish or foil tin, and tightly cover with foil and cook at the same temp and the same time in the oven.
Note: Additional water may need to be added during the cooking process.
