Caprese Toast

1 Slice Wheat Bread
1--ounce Fresh Part-Skim Mozzarella, sliced
½ Heirloom Tomato, sliced
1 Tablespoon Fresh Basil, chopped
1 teaspoon Balsamic Vinegar
Sprinkle of Sea Salt
Sprinkle of Black Pepper
Olive Oil (optional)
Garlic Clove (optional)

Toast bread. Rub Garlic Clove on top of toast (optional). Add sliced mozzarella and layer sliced tomato between cheese. Top with chopped basil. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar on top. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil.
 

Avocado Toast

1 Slice Brioche, Jalapeno Cheddar, Sourdough, or Wheat Bread
½ Avocado
Sprinkle of Sea Salt
Sprinkle of Aleppo Pepper or Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
Light juice of lime on top (Optional)
Feta Cheese, Queso Fresco, Mozzarella, Shaved Parmesan (Optional)

Toast bread. While toasting, lightly mash in a small bowl the avocado half  (use the avocado tool to core and scoop out avocado). Lightly sprinkle with sea salt and crushed red pepper or Aleppo pepper. Spread on toasted bread slice. Add lime juice, cheese, and other half of avocado on top (all optional).
 

Peach and Cream Cheese Toast

1 Tablespoon Unsalted Butter
2 Texas Peaches, cut in half, pits removed, and thinly sliced
4 Thick Slices Brioche, toasted
6 Tablespoons Cream Cheese
Fresh Berries like Blackberries and Raspberries for Garnish
1 Tablespoon Crumbled Feta Cheese
1 Tablespoon Texas Honey
Fresh Basil

In a small pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the sliced peaches and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until softened. Remove from the heat. Spread each slice of toasted bread with cream cheese. Divide the peaches evenly among the four slices of brioche. Sprinkle crumbled feta on top of each toast. Drizzle with honey. Top with fresh berries and fresh basil.
