Banana Cookie Bites
3 ripe bananas
2 cups rolled oats 1 cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup vegetable oil 1 tsp. vanilla
¼ tsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp. nutmeg
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat cookie sheet with cooking spray.
Mash the bananas with a fork in a large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients and mix well. Allow to sit for 15 minutes.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly brown. Makes about 30 banana bites.
This recipe in sugar-free. The riper the bananas the sweeter the mix.
