Overnight oats combine steel cut oats and yogurt so they’re nice and creamy. You combine it overnight and then add your add-ins in the morning.

This entree can be made for a school lunch and paired with some other Mexican sides to round out the meal. It has lots of colors and a cool bento box to make it even more fun.
