3 new ideas for healthy, quick meals

In celebration of Kids Eat Right Month, here are three quick, healthy and delicious meal ideas that the whole family will enjoy.

Overnight oats combine steel cut oats and yogurt so they’re nice and creamy.  You combine it overnight and then add your add-ins in the morning.

This entree can be made for a school lunch and paired with some other Mexican sides to round out the meal.  It has lots of colors and a cool bento box to make it even more fun.

Carrots have a sweet flavor and are loaded with beta carotene, vitamin K and even vitamin C.  You could include orange and red carrots to make it more colorful and Greek yogurt dressing to add some protein to the snack.
