1 cup edamame
1 teaspoon sesame oil
3 Tbl spoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon sriracha
1 Tbl spoon sake or white wine
Cook in hot hand wok or saute pan
Start with oil, be careful for splattering, then add Edamame followed by all remaining ingredients except for sake.
Cook for 30-45 seconds then add sake to deglaze.
Cook for 1-2 minutes or until warmed through.
