Man wanted for trying to lure children in Anna

ANNA, Texas - The Anna Police Department needs help looking for a man who has reportedly been trying to lure children into his vehicle.

Over the past few months the man has approached several kids in Anna and Melissa in northern Collin County. He’s also been spotted in Tom Beam and Val Alstyne in Grayson County.

Police released a sketch based on descriptions from the children. They said he was in his 60s with a slender and shaggy white beard.

He was wearing a cap when he tried to lure a girl into a green van with a brownie. The girl ran off and was not hurt.
