6 Frozen oven-ready pasta sheets
45 oz cheese sauce (see recipe)
6 oz tomato sauce
70 oz meat sauce (recipe)
2 lb Ricotta Cheese
3/4 lb Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
1/4 lb Parmesan Cheese, Fine Grated
Combine ricotta, mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses together . Set aside
Combine tomato sauce & your favorite cooked meats (at the restaurant, they use Beef, Veal & Italian Sausage, but you could even use chicken or turkey). Be generous with meats. As much as you'd like. Total with the meat and tomato ends up being around 70 oz.
Spray 13x9 baking dish.
Lay 1 lasagna sheet in the bottom of dish.
Evenly spread a layer of meat sauce on top of lasagna sheets.
Evenly spread layer of cheese mix on top of meat sauce.
Place 1 lasagna sheet on top of cheese mix. Press noodle down so all the air pockets are eliminated.
Continue to evenly distribute meat sauce, then cheese mix on top of meat sauce, cover with 1 lasagna sheet.
Repeat layers until you have 5 layers.
Ladle tomato sauce on top of the lasagna sheets.
Cover with foil.
Place in oven at 350 degrees and cook for approximately 30 minutes or until internal temperature of 165.
To set: Remove from oven & Place in fridge to cool and set overnight.
