Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo opens this weekend

FORT WORTH, Texas - Thousands of animals and more than a million people will make their way to Fort Worth over the next three weeks for the 122nd Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo.

The gates at the rodeo open Friday at 8 a.m. The all-western parade trots through downtown Fort Worth Saturday at 11 a.m.

More than 1.2 million people attended last year’s rodeo. This year’s event runs through Feb. 3.
