First responders lift car to save motorcyclist

A group of first responders and Good Samaritan worked together to save a motorcyclist’s life after a crash earlier this month.

The accident happened on July 9 on of Greenville Avenue and Bryan Parkway. A woman on a motorcycle hit a car in the intersection and became trapped underneath the vehicle.

According to the Dallas Police Department, rescuers tried to use a jack on the car but it didn’t work.

Instead of waiting for more equipment, the group used brute force to lift the car and pull the woman to safety, police said.

She was taken to the hospital and is recovering. Remarkably, she had no major injuries.
