Thanksgiving Dinner Leftover Dilla

Stuff you'll need:
1 Griddle or large frying pan
1 Spatula
1 Cutting board
1 Chef's knife

1 - 10" Flour Tortilla
4-6 ounces of shredded cheese (Monterrey Jack will do!)
2 to 3 ounces of leftover turkey
1 to 2 ounces of leftover stuffing
1 to 2 ounces of mashed potatoes
1 ounce cranberry sauce
Half ounce of fried onion strings for garnish
1 spring of rosemary for garnish

Optional: 2 ounces of gravy for dipping sauce!

1. To get started get an electric griddle or large frying pan out and heat to a medium heat.
2. Get your leftovers on a plate together and microwave them to get them back up to heat, should take about 1-2 minutes.
3. While your leftovers are heating up, put your tortilla on the griddle or pan. IMMEDIATELY add your cheese to the tortilla and spread it around evenly.
4. Let the cheese melt and the tortilla toast. Keep your heat on medium to medium low so you don't burn the tortilla before your cheese melts!
5. When the cheese is melted, layer on all of your leftovers:
    Turkey first
    Stuffing
    Mashed potatoes
6. Drizzle your cold cranberry sauce over everything.
7. Fold it over and let everything melt together. Tortilla should be a golden brown.
8. Transfer your quesadilla to a cutting board with a spatula. Cut in half.
9. Put your quesadilla on a plate with your gravy for dipping sauce and garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary and some fried onion strings!
10. Pair with your favorite adult beverage, sit back, relax, and be thankful your family has all left your house!
