It is all about step aerobics, which is also known as bench aerobics or step training. A small platform is used to help burn calories and have fun while doing it. Whether you consider yourself a novice or an expert, all are welcome. The class is free, but participants are asked to drop off a toy. It's also a way to show everyone a fun way to burn calories and get a good workout in. The instructor will be on hand to guide everyone through the process.
