School, daycare buses collide

A school bus from the Eagle Mountain – Saginaw school district was involved in a crash with a daycare bus Tuesday morning.

It happened on Highway 156 near Harmon Road.

Two adults were taken to the hospital with minor injuries, but no children were hurt.

The school bus was carrying 41 students to Highland Middle School when it happened. The bus from Children's Courtyard didn't have any children on board.

"We were coming down the road and the next thing I knew we started speeding up and I looked forward and the Courtyard bus came in front of us and we hit and it went back," said Abraham Hernandez, a student.

The 13-year-old said the collision scared him.

His parents and a few others showed up at the scene to pick up their kids.

The remaining students got on another bus and were taken to school.
