Perhaps ironically for a show that really needs electricity, a power outage was reported at the Las Vegas Convention Center, where CES (formerly known as Consumer Electronics Show) is being held.

According to the verified Twitter account for CES, there was an "isolated power outage" at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

The tweet was sent out close to 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday. According to a later tweet sent out by CES, sone of the exhibitors at the event were moved outside.

According to CES at around 2:20 p.m., power was fully restored to the Las Vegas Convention Center's Central Hall, but that didn't stop some from making light of the incident (some literally).
