One dead, two injured in suspected DWI rollover crash on Interstate 30
DALLAS - One person was killed and a driver faces potential intoxication charges following a single-vehicle rollover crash early Sunday on Interstate 30, according to updated information from the Dallas County Sheriff’s Office.

What we know:
Emergency crews were dispatched at 2:36 a.m. to the eastbound lanes of I-30 near the Ferguson Road exit. Upon arrival, deputies located an overturned white Ford F-150.
Investigators determined the driver lost control while exiting the freeway, causing the truck to flip. One passenger was pronounced dead at the scene.
A second passenger was taken to a local hospital in stable condition, while a third occupant was treated at the scene and did not require hospitalization.
The driver of the pickup was detained as authorities conduct an investigation into driving while intoxicated and intoxication manslaughter, sheriff's officials said.
Deputies closed the eastbound Ferguson Road exit for approximately three hours to process the scene. The identity of the victim has not been released pending family notification.
