New ‘The Joker' ride at Six Flags nearly complete

ARLINGTON, Texas - The newest ride at Six Flags over Texas is almost ready to go.

Workers recently put the last piece of track in place for “The Joker.” It’s a roller coaster that lifts riders up 12 stories on a 90 degree incline.

The ride flips forwards and backwards and sends riders head over heels as they hang in the air.

It opens in the spring.
