Rain For Trick-Or-Treat is NOT a Treat!
What a wild end to October...and an incredibly MILD start to November! Records may fall!
Sunny and pleasant today as a cold front heads in midday. Temps will be in the 70s most locations but areas south of the MPLEX will hit 80 while areas to the north drop into the 60s in the afternoon as north winds pick up.
Cooler breezes blow tonight to drop temps into the 40s, setting the stage for an EERIE Halloween forecast. Clouds will increase in the morning and lock in the cool air. Highs only mid 50s with a NE wind. A strong disturbance arrives PM-eve with rain breaking out and increasing up to 70% coverage into the evening hours, as temps fall to near 50 degrees. Quite chilly.
Rain exits late night and only lingers Wed AM eastern areas. Clouds diminish PM to allow temps back into the 70s most areas...although 60s could linger east.
By Thursday, a very warm air mass will be in place. Highs well into the 80s...could even approach 90 in a few locations west with just a few clouds.
Friday is a bit tricky. It looks warm MOST places however a front will drop in and stall in the north/west areas to cool temps into the 70s. Elsewhere, highs well into the 80s again with partly sunny skies.
This weekend is almost guaranteed warm and humid with south winds. LOW CLOUDS each morning will break up and allow highs well into the 80s with increasing winds.
Records for early November are in the upper 80s and we may break one or two or more!
