Work on Rowlett water attraction begins
ROWLETT, Texas - Work starts Tuesday on the $1 billion luxury resort in Rowlett that will be known as Bayside Lagoon.
Miami-based Crystal Lagoons plans develop on the site of the old Robertson Park near Dalrock Road and Interstate 30. It’s on the shore of Lake Ray Hubbard.
The project will feature a man-made lagoon that spans about 10 football fields, along with restaurants, retail, a live entertainment venue and housing.
