Dallas police are looking for three women accused of what they're calling a "sweetheart scam."

Police said the women tricked an 89-year-old man with dementia into applying for credit cards.

Video shows them applying for credit  at a Town East Mall jewelry store.

The older woman seen in the video on a scooter identified herself as Lisa.

She convinced the recently widowed man that she was his friend.

But after three or four weeks she stopped answering his phone calls.

That's when he and his son realized he had lost about $16,000.

Anyone with information about the women should call the Dallas Police Department.
