Woman killed in head-on crash in Joshua

A young woman is dead after driving, head-on into another vehicle.

The crash happened Saturday night around 6:00 p.m. on FM 917,  near Covenant Church in Joshua.

Joshua police said 20-year-old Alexis Sanborn died at the hospital.

Two adults and a 12-year-old in the other vehicle have minor injuries.

The crash is under investigation.
