Whataburger bandit busted
RED OAK, Texas - Police in Red Oak arrested an 18-year-old man they say robbed the same Whataburger restaurant twice several months apart.
In May, the Whataburger on State Highway 342 in Red Oak was robbed at 2:57 a.m. and then again in September at 3:01 a.m.
Police arrested Issaai Bustamante this week. He's in the Ellis County jail on a $1,000,000 bond.
Police said they're also looking for an unnamed teenager they believe was involved in the robberies.
