Six Flags is cutting 10% of its full-time workforce.

The Arlington-based company said attendance at its theme parks continues to fall because of the pandemic.

About 240 employees will lose their jobs. They will get severance pay and help finding new jobs.

Six Flags made just over $19 million in the second quarter of 2020. That’s compared to $447 million at the same time last year.
