Police: Cedar Hill teacher's aide sent student inappropriate texts
CEDAR HILL, Texas - A teacher’s aide at a charter school in Cedar Hill was arrested for allegedly having an inappropriate relationship with a student.
Cody Hunter McMillen, 23, worked at Village Tech Charter School in the southern Dallas County city.
Police said he sent sexually explicit text messages to a 16-year-old female student for more than a year. But, they did not find evidence of physical conduct between the two.
McMillen was booked into the DeSoto City jail Thursday and charged with improper relationship with a student, which is a second-degree felony.
