Police arrested two men and are searching for a third suspect after an ATM theft in the White Rock area of Dallas.
The men allegedly backed a truck into a gas station on North Buckner Boulevard early Wednesday morning.
They loaded the machine into the truck and took off. The truck crashed after a short police chase.
The store's owner says he's glad police were able to catch the suspects and recover the ATM, but he has no plans to replace it.
Dallas police said at a Wednesday afternoon press conference there have been more than two dozen ATM thefts or attempted thefts in the past year and there could be an organized ring involved in some of the cases.
Police said 11 of 29 attempts to steal the ATMs have been successful.
