PD: Man arrested for taking photos up woman's skirt in Walmart
MANSFIELD - Mansfield police said a man has been arrested after he allegedly took photos up a woman's skirt at Walmart.
30-year-old Timothy McCalla was arrested on Friday and charged with invasive visual recording
Police said it happened at the Walmart located in the 900 block of North Walnut Creek Drive on June 14th.
A woman told police that a man approached her and said his wife saw another man taking photos up her skirt.
Police said the man reportedly went to get more information from his wife, but never came back,
Police later reviewed the surveillance video and determined that the man who alerted the victim, was actually the man taking the photos.
Police said McCalla was previously arrested two weeks ago for attempting to kidnap a 15-year-old girl in the 3000 block of Gertie Barrett Road.
McCalla is listed as a sex offender. Police said he was arrested back in 2006 and charged with sexual assault of a 12-year-old in Arkansas when he was 18.
Mansfield police said they want the community to be aware of McCalla's history in the event he is able to bail out of jail.
