One dead, one injured after two shootings in Fort Worth

Police are investigating whether there is a connection in two Fort Worth shootings.

The first shooting happened around 12:20 p.m. Saturday afternoon in the 3000 block of Van Horn Avenue.

The victim, Keddreco Davis, 37, died at the hospital.

Police said at 12:30 p.m., another man was shot in the 800 block of South Freeway.

The victim was shot in the leg while he was driving and transported to the hospital, police said.

Police said the possible suspects are driving a grey Honda four-door vehicle.

Homicide detectives and other specialized units are working each shooting to determine motive and how the shootings may be related, police said.
