Man arrested in deadly wrong-way crash in Grapevine

Grapevine police said a man was arrested early Sunday morning after a deadly wrong-way crash.
Police said the crash happened near Grapevine Mills Mall on Highway 121 around 4 a.m.
One of the drivers hit by the wrong-way driver died on scene.
Investigators said the suspect, 37-year-old Derrick Lockhart, is facing a charge of intoxication manslaughter with a vehicle and a charge of intoxication assault with a vehicle.
Police said a third person was treated for a minor injury.
The Tarrant County Medical Examiner identified the victim as 38-year-old Stephen Herrera of Fort Worth.
The highway re-opened around 10 a.m. on Sunday.
