Fine or Thin Hair
To add body to your thin hair, reach for an unlikely beauty beverage: beer! Mix 1/2 cup of flat beer (pour beer into a container and let it sit out for a couple of hours to deplete carbonation) with one tsp of light oil (sunflower or canola) and a raw egg. Apply to clean, damp hair, let sit for fifteen minutes, rinse with cool water.

1 ripe avocado (natural source of protein to replenish the protein in chemically treated hair)

2 tablespoons of olive oil ( fatty oil that moisturizes and conditions hair
*Add ingredients to blender, mix at high speed until it reaches a smoothie-like consistency, can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
