Dallas Mayor Mike Rawlings begins second term

Dallas Mayor Mike Rawlings and the Dallas City Council were sworn in Monday for a new term.

The inauguration was held at the Meyerson Symphony Center.

Dallas County Commissioner Elba Garcia was the master of ceremonies.

Rawlings was elected to a second term in May.
