2 dead in apparent murder-suicide in Denton

Police in Denton are investigating an apparent murder-suicide at an apartment complex.

It happened Tuesday morning at the Oaks of Denton on Bernard Street.

Responding officers found a man dead from a gunshot wound in the parking lot.

A woman was rushed to the hospital, but also died.

Police have not yet identified the suspect or the victim.
