Steak Fajita Taco from Rusty Taco

Skirt Steak with Fajita Spices, Grilled Poblanos, Red Peppers, Onions & Pico de Gallo

3 lbs Skirt Steak, sliced into ¾ inch strips against the grain
1/4 cup fajita seasoning
1 c poblano peppers, 1/4 inch slices
2 c onion, 1 1/2 inch slices
1 c red bell peppers, 1/4 inch slices
5 limes, quartered
10 tortillas, flour preferred
10 Tbsp Pico de Gallo

Season both steak and veggies with fajita seasoning.
Lightly spray flat top grill, grill pan or pan with oil and bring to high heat.   
Cook seasoned steak on high heat in one layer, about 5 minutes, to medium-well.   
Add seasoned mixed veggies to the steak mixture.   
Cook seasoned mix veggies for about 2-3 minutes or until a golden brown.

Serve about 2.25 oz-2.50 oz of cooked fajita meat on the tortilla add 1 tbsp. Veggie Mix and top with about 1 tbsp. Pico de Gallo
Serve with a slice of lime per taco
