Spicy Summer Shrimp Cocktail
Robbie Shoults from Bear Creek Smokehouse returns to Good Day to make a spicy shrimp cocktail. It's a great light and easy summer recipe.
Mexican Shrimp Cocktail
2 lbs Cooked Shrimp
2 15 oz cans Petite diced Tomatoes
2 Fresh Limes juiced
1 Small purple Onion chopped
3 Jalapeno Peppers chopped
2 Large Avocados cut in chunks
2 Cloves Garlic minced
1 cup Spicy v-8
2 Teaspoons Cajun Seasoning
10 dashes of Hot Sauce
Combine all of the above together in a large dish and chill before serving. Great served with tortilla chips or on crackers.
