Short Ribs with Yellow Mustard & Pickle Juice

The mustard/pickle juice is just 2:1 mustard to pickle juice in a squeeze bottle.

Beef rub for our beef briskets and ribs is:
    Coarse black pepper 4 cups
    Kosher salt 1 cup
    Paprika 3 tbsp
    Granulated Garlic 3 tbsp
    Cayenne 1 tsp
    Dry Mustard 1/2tsp
