SHE self-defense workshop comes to Dallas

Michelle Manu, the foundering of the traveling SHE Super Hero Experience, stops by Good Day to demonstrate some empowerment and self-defense moves derived from hula dancing. On Saturday she'll host a workshop at the Sheraton Dallas Hotel. It's part of a larger 3-day event paying tribute to the Hawaiian culture and showcasing martial arts.
