Chef Salvatore from Urban Crust shares the recipe for pizza dough.
2 Cups Caputo flour (or any high gluten flour)
¼ Teaspoon Fresh Yeast
¼ Cup Water
¼ Teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Pinch of Sea Salt
In a measuring cup, add water, yeast, and salt. Stir well and let sit for one minute. Add the flour in a mixing bowl and add the water mixture. Mix until you have a compact dough, not too hard, not too soft (use more or less water if needed).
Toward the end add the olive oil and mix for one more minute. Form a round ball and brush the top with oil and cover with plastic wrap. Let the pizza dough raise for at least 8 hours.
