A new restaurant in Highland Park is creating some buzz in North Texas. Tulum chef Nico Sanchez explains while putting together some tomatillo tacos for Good Day.
Mixed Three Mushrooms and Wild Tomatillo Tacos
1 lb. diced white onion
1 lb. oyster mushrooms
1 lb. cremini mushrooms
1 lb. hen of the wood mushrooms
1 tablespoon salt
½ cup of vegetable oil
Your choice of tortillas
Heat oil, add onions until translucent, add all 3 mushrooms & tbsp of salt. Once cooked down, add mixture to tortillas then top with tomatillo salsa verde.
