Microchipping now mandatory in Dallas

DALLAS - A new ordinance requires all owners in Dallas to microchip their pets. Veterinarian Jennifer Lavender with the non-profit organization Spay Neuter Network joins Good Day to talk about the requirement and opportunities for people to get it done for only $10.
