Kwanzaafest returns to Fair Park this weekend

Kwanzaafest returns to Fair Park thanks to many sponsors. One of them is Dallas County Commissioner John Wiley Price. He says this is the 28th year for one of the largest free events in the area. About 50,000 people are expected to attend for the entertainment, holiday gifts and free services.
