Developer hoping to create Dallas Smart District

The tallest building in North Texas would be the center of a planned new mixed-use development in Downtown Dallas. The plans were announced this week and Good Day talks to one of the developers. Mike Hoque, the CEO and founder of Hoque Global, calls the project "transformative."
