Healthier Rice Krispie Treat
Use the recipe on the box of Rice Krispies.. with these adjustments:
3T of light butter
Melted with 10 oz (she only uses about 8 oz) bag of mini marshmallows
6 cups of cereal: 2 cups of Rice Krispies, 4 from Kashi & the Love Grown cereals
Add plain cashews
Add a few Tbsps of flaxseeds
