Asian Pork Meatballs

2 Pounds Ground Pork
6 tsp Sesame Oil
1 Cup Panko Crumbs
½ tsp Ginger Powder
2 Each Eggs
½ Cup Green Onions
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
¼ Cup Hoisin
4 tsp Minced Garlic

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Combine all ingredient and mix well, until consistent throughout.

Shape balls into 1 ½ inches.

Place on a greased baking sheet (or use a tray with parchment paper, pan spray well).  

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until they are golden brown on the outside and not pink on the inside (internal temperature of 165 degrees).

Recommended Garnish:  Thai Chili Sauce, Green Onions, Sesame Seeds
