Morning storms and Heat Advisory make for a messy 4th forecast...

Morning storms should usher themselves east by midmorning, leaving behind stifling humidity and quickly increasing temperatures. Highs today will be in the upper 90s but with the humidity it'll feel like 106-109°. A nice southern breeze will make it feel a little better, but not much. There is a chance for isolated storms this afternoon and evening, but any activity should subside after sunset.

The Heat Advisory has been extended through tomorrow at 8 p.m. for excessive heat for ALL of North Texas. Take it slow. Stay cool.

We dry out by Tuesday, but with highs remaining in the upper 90s and low triples all week, you'll be begging for a thunderstorm or two by Friday, but the next good shot at rain is nowhere in sight.
