Abbott orders hospitals to give info on migrants

Texas Governor Greg Abbott issued an executive order last week which requires Texas hospitals to report costs of treating immigrants who entered the country illegally. Abbott says the goal is to make sure Texas is not taking on undue costs, while opponents say it will prevent some from receiving care.
