Woman sexually assaulted on SMU campus

DALLAS - A woman told Southern Methodist University campus police that she was sexually assaulted while visiting the university this weekend.

She said her attacker was a man she knew as an acquaintance and that he attacked her in the Hughes-Trigg Student Center Theater Saturday night.

The man is not affiliated with the university.

Police have not yet made an arrest.
