Vandal targets teachers' cars outside Fort Worth school

FORT WORTH, Texas - Police in far north Fort Worth are searching for a man who broke into teachers’ cars outside their school.

Surveillance images show the man smashing windows at Caprock Elementary School near Timberland Road and Alta Vista Boulevard. He was in a yellow Jeep Wrangler with a black soft top.

Parents showing up to orientation were upset that the man seemed to target teachers.

“It really is upsetting when teachers are taken advantage of because I don’t feel they have fair pay as it is. Anyway, so to target them is really not nice,” said Courtney Reed.

Police hope someone will recognize the yellow Jeep and help them identify the vandal.
