Three men have been indicted in the kidnapping of a 13-year-old Lancaster girl found dead in an abandoned Dallas house.

A Dallas County grand jury has indicted 22-year-old Desmond Jones, 24-year-old Devontae Owens and 30-year-old Laquon Wilkerson on single aggravated kidnapping counts.

District Attorney Faith Johnson said the investigation continues into the June 26 kidnapping and death of Shavon Randle after a relative's boyfriend stole about 22 pounds of marijuana. The girl and another man, Michael Titus, were discovered shot to death July 1 in an Oak Cliff home.

An attorney for Owens declined to comment. A message for Jones' attorney wasn't immediately returned Thursday.

Attorney Brad Lollar says Wilkerson has denied involvement in the kidnapping and shooting. Lollar says he was not notified of the grand jury hearing or given an opportunity to present evidence.

The men face up to life in prison if convicted on the aggravated kidnapping.

Kendall Perkins, Darius Fields and Laporsha Polley were also arrested on various charges but have not been indicted.

No one has been charged with murder.
