Thief wanted for stealing 200-year-old bracelet

FORT WORTH, Texas - Police in Fort Worth are looking for a suspected jewelry thief who stole a 200-year-old bracelet.

Michael Kennedy Louis, 51, allegedly stole the diamond bracelet last Thursday from a store on Camp Bowie Boulevard.

He and a getaway driver fled the scene in a silver sedan that had no front license plate and only a paper tag on the back, police said.

Louis is also wanted for jewelry theft out of Paris, Texas.

The bracelet is reportedly worth about $18,000.
